April Employee Recognition

The April Employee Recognition was awarded to Jon Baker and Drew Moody. These two individuals went above and beyond to look out for a fellow employee. These employees showed genuine concern and believe in second chances.

March Employee Recognition

The March Employee Recognition was awarded to Angela Bourke-Jackson and Richard Smith. These two individuals went above and beyond to check on an employee and his family. They took time out of their own personal lives to make an employee feel important.

Thanks to Angela and Ricky for looking out for their co-worker.

February Employee Recognition

The February Employee Recognition was awarded to Mark Eldridge. Eldridge is a supervisor recognized for going up and beyond to check on an employee.  He did it because he was genuinely worried and cared about his crew member.  This meets one of the recent topics from the safety meeting by being “your brother’s keeper.”  This supervisor did the right thing.

Thanks to Mark for all he does for Culy Construction & Power Services, LLC.

Our primary concern when we discuss the factors or causes behind an accident is to find a way to prevent a recurrence. The cause of an accident can be found in two areas -- Unsafe Acts and Unsafe Conditions.
